This policy explains what UGC Academy ("we", "us") collects on this site and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you give us to run the training and the products you buy, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
- Registration details: your first name, email address and, if you provide it, your mobile number.
- Survey answers: the optional questions you answer after registering.
- Purchase details: if you buy a product, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Usage data: standard analytics and advertising cookies, including the Meta pixel, which records that you visited or registered so we can measure our ads.
How we use it
- To send your access link and training-related emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To send text reminders about the training, but only if you ticked the SMS opt-in box. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your registration.
- To deliver products you purchase.
- To measure and improve our pages and ads.
Who we share it with
Service providers only, and only what they need to do their job: our webinar platform (WebinarJam), our email platform, our payment processor (Stripe), and our analytics and advertising partners. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll sort it. If you're in the UK or EU, these rights are backed by UK GDPR / GDPR.
